Hello, my name is Ton Duyser and I have a great passion for painting and drawing. I draw my inspiration from the Dutch masters of the 17th century, whose technique and attention to detail continue to fascinate me.
I am also enthusiastic about the drawing method of Charles Bargue, the 19th-century French lithographer, whose academic approach provides a great foundation for developing precision and a sense of form. For me, painting and drawing are not only relaxing, but also an ongoing journey of discovery in light, shadow and composition.
